in early december, mat and his brother in law karl closed on a townhome in mesa. after countless saturdays of them working on the townhouse, it was finally move in ready, and they were immediately able to find renters. so, as of jan 13, we are officially land lords! congrats to boys for making it all happen.

on another topic, I have finished the entire hunger games trilogy since my last post, and I am obsessed! I couldn't put the books down, and I've been counting down to the day that movie tickets go on sale. I cannot wait!
